<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Seja para evitar desperdícios, para nos alimentarmos melhor ou para poupar tempo e dinheiro, planear a ementa semanal é sem dúvida uma ótima ajuda.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para quem se recorda dos primeiros tempos do blogue, sabe pela certa que todos os domingos partilhava com vocês a minha Ementa Semanal. Foram quase 100 ementas ao longo de quase dois anos em que partilhei sem falhas a ementa cá de casa. Deixei de a partilhar por inúmeras razões, nomeadamente por considerar que já não tinha grande interesse, mas nunca deixei de as fazer cá em casa pois são algo realmente útil e que me facilita em muito o meu dia-a-dia.</span></p>
