<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sei que a Beringela não é um vegetal muito consensual. A grande maioria das pessoas não sabe preparar Beringela e por isso na maioria das vezes acabam por experimentar e não gostar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cá por casa gostamos bastante. Lembro-me que comi Beringela pela primeira vez em Itália, na altura comi uma <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-caponata-de-beringela-sem-gluten-sem-lactose-paleo-vegan-low-carb/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Caponata de Beringela</strong></a> e fiquei de imediato super fã. Desde essa altura (já passaram mais de 20 anos) é um vegetal que faz parte do dia a dia cá em casa. Gosto de as rechear, de fazer <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-lasanha-de-frango-e-beringela-na-yammi2-xl-sem-gluten-paleo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>lasanha</strong></a>, de as juntar aos salteados mas muitas mais são as formas como podemos cozinhar as Beringelas.</span></p>

É mais que sabido que é um &#8220;mimo&#8221; para comer ocasionalmente mas esta Receita de Massa com Beringela e Burrata na Pasta Maker é de comer e chorar por mais.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando fica frio temos tendência a preferir pratos de conforto. Um prato de massa é algo capaz de deixar a grande maioria de sorriso no rosto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Apesar de pessoalmente não ser grande fã de massa (é daquelas coisas que não me fez falta quando deixei de consumir glúten) ocasionalmente não escondo que me apetece um prato de massa. Por norma opto pela Carbonara que é uma das minhas favoritas de sempre.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas desta vez decidi fazer diferente. Primeiro, fiz massa fresca na minha <a href="https://www.philips.pt/c-p/HR2333_12/viva-collection-maquina-para-fazer-noodles-e-massa"><strong>Philips Pasta Maker</strong></a> e depois decidi experimentar uma combinação diferente mas que resultou na perfeição: Beringela e Burrata.  Aproveitei as deliciosas Beringelas da época e uma das minhas tentações: a Burrata! (Já vos tinha dito que o queijo é o meu Guilty Pleasure?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A massa fresca fez toda a diferença no prato e neste campo a minha <a href="https://www.philips.pt/c-p/HR2333_12/viva-collection-maquina-para-fazer-noodles-e-massa"><strong>Pasta Maker</strong></a> tem sido mesmo uma óptima aliada. Com ela posso fazer massa sem glúten sem qualquer problema e qualquer dia ainda vou conseguir fazer uma massa low carb (me aguardemmmm).</span></p>

Pode ser entrada ou prato principal e é deliciosa. Existem versões mais tradicionais, outras nem tanto. Hoje, partilho com vocês a minha versão de Receita de Caponata de Beringela.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Já noutras alturas vos falei da minha paixão por Itália. Tenho amigos por lá que são mais do que família e apesar de não nos vermos todos os dias sabemos que estão lá sempre que for preciso.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Das minhas inúmeras viagens a Itália (e já tenho tantas saudades) trago sempre inspiração para os meus pratos. Lembro-me que na primeira vez que fui a Itália (já passaram 20 anos) Beringela era algo que não fazia parte dos alimentos que comia em família. Experimentei das mais diversas formas e vim convencida para Portugal. Beringela era algo a introduzir na alimentação com muito mais frequência.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A Caponata foi talvez das primeiras receitas que a minha &#8220;Mamma&#8221; Italiana me deu a experimentar. Levemente adocicada a caponata fresquinha em cima de umas tostinhas para <em>Antipasti </em>com uns pinhões crocantes e um aroma a manjericão conquistou-me. Sabia que tinha de reproduzir aquela receita em casa mas a limitação com Italiano (era a minha primeira vez a falar com uma Mulher Napolitana de sotaque cerrado e que não abrandava o ritmo para se fazer entender) acabei por não perguntar como devia fazer.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E como cheguei lá tantos anos depois?</span></h3>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sempre fui arisca e tantos anos depois reproduzi fielmente, pelo menos em termos de sabor, a receita de Caponata que a Mamma Giulia me deu a provar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nas ultimas semanas tenho sido presenteada com umas Belas Beringelas nos meus cabazes da <a href="https://www.facebook.com/Quinta-da-Herdeira-Agricultura-Biol%C3%B3gica-170728029760009/"><strong>Quinta da Herdeira</strong></a> e decidi que esta delicia tinha de ser partilhada com vocês.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Gosto imenso de Lasanha. É um prato de conforto, perfeito para os dias frios de Inverno. É claro que desde que deixei de comer glúten nunca mais comi Lasanha na sua versão original. E sabem o que vos digo? Gosto muito mais destas versões sem massa do que gostava da Lasanha com placas de massa. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Inicialmente comecei por experimentar as Lasanhas de Courgette mas confesso que a Beringela me tem conquistado mais&#8230; </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta receita já andava aqui pelo blog mas agora decidi dar-lhe um Upgrade e prepará-la na minha <a href="https://www.yammi.pt/"><strong>Yammi2</strong></a> na Panela XL para que em vez de 3 ou 4 pessoas pudesse alimentar 8 ou 10&#8230; O Ideal para um jantar de amigos!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi muito gira esta experiência porque apesar de ter feito imensa quantidade de Lasanha optei por cozinhá-la em tabuleiros de dose individual&#8230; o ir directamente do forno para a mesa tem outro encanto e esta experiência foi a prova disso mesmo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sempre que tenho amigos para jantar opto por comida de forno. Não sei quanto a vocês mas eu acho muito mais prático fazer doses maiores em tabuleiro de forno do que em tachos, tachinhos e panelas e a Panela XL da Yammi2 tem sido sem dúvida uma óptima aliada nestas ocasiões.</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Saladas só no verão ou não resistes a uma boa salada quente? Esta Receita de Salada Quente de Legumes é deliciosa e uma ótima opção para uma Salada em tempo mais frio.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cá por casa somos fãs de saladas e se antigamente saladas só no Verão desde que experimentei as saladas quentes elas passaram a ser um prato para comer em todas as estações.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Basicamente o que faço é cozinhar uns quantos legumes, juntar outros crus, um molho saboroso, misturar bem e já está. São simples e na verdade não têm mesmo nada que saber.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nesta salada usei como sempre os maravilhosos Legumes que todas as semanas me chegam no cabaz da <a href="https://www.facebook.com/Quinta-da-Herdeira-170728029760009/"><strong>Quinta da Herdeira</strong></a> e juntei-lhes Couscous de Arroz que compre na lojinha <strong><a href="https://www.saboresagranel.pt/">Sabores a Granel</a>. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nunca tinha comido Couscous de Arroz e fiquei agradavelmente surpreendida.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">De um modo geral evito cargas elevadas de Hidratos de carbono e por isso o arroz é algo que raramente consumo mas de vez em quando tenho algumas saudades. Os couscous de arroz trazem a praticidade de qualquer tipo de couscous com a vantagem de não terem glúten. E são por isso uma óptima escolha.</span></p>

<div style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Felizmente tenho tido oportunidades únicas de provar as verdadeiras delicias da culinária Italiana.  Muito mais do que comida de restaurantes: a verdadeira comida da Mamma e da Nonna Italianas, uma verdadeira delicia só ao alcance de quem partilha casa com esta gente em vez de se alojar em hotéis (bem sei que nem todos têm esta sorte).</span></div>

Adoro todos os ensinamentos e adoro estar na cozinha enquanto cozinham… o cheiro, as conversas, os gestos e o amor que colocam em cada pequeno detalhe deixam-me encantada.</span></div>
