<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi criada a 21 de Fevereiro de 2018&#8230; na altura tirei as respectivas fotos e arrumei tudo para publicar mais tarde. Mas quão mais tarde? Bem, a intenção era passado uma ou duas semanas mas o tempo passou e a receita acabou esquecida.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Enquanto andava em busca de fotos no meu telemóvel, (tiro fotos às carradas e esqueço-me delas no telemóvel) encontrei esta bela foto e pensei logo que tinha de finalmente dar a conhecer esta maravilha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Coloquei a foto nas redes sociais do Blog (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/healthybitespt/">Facebook</a> e <a href="https://www.instagram.com/healthybitespt/"><strong>Instagram</strong></a>) e os pedidos para colocar a receita foram imensos por isso pareceu-me mesmo a altura ideal para partilhar a receita com vocês.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta Receita de Tacos de Courgette e Camarão é super deliciosa e se parece que é complicada de fazer garanto que parece apenas. Vão ficar surpreendidos é que apesar de ter bastantes ingredientes com meia dúzia de passos conseguem ter os tacos prontos. O Recheio é a gosto, mas esta combinação com camarão garanto que ficou divinal e casa prefeitamente com a massa de Courgette.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Muitos dirão que parece uma receita de Verão. Bem, é verdade que é uma receita muito fresquinha mas porque não fazer estes Tacos para acompanhar uma sopa quente numa noite mais fria? Gosto sempre de complementar a sopa com algo que dê para trincar pois tenho a sensação que mastigando fico sempre mais saciada. E estes Tacos são para mim uma óptima aposta nestas ocasiões.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando era miúda odiava sopa (penso que tal como todos os miúdos da minha altura) mas com os anos fui aprendendo a gostar e hoje gosto muito de sopa. Mas a verdade é que sempre que vem o calor eu continuo com um problema com as sopas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A sopa é aquela refeição que me aconchega numa fria noite de Inverno. Uma sopa quente depois de uma chuvada é o suficiente para me aquecer a alma e fazer retomar o sorriso ao meu rosto. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não sei se sou a única assim, mas o que é certo é que chega ao calor e sopa nem vê-la. Comer uma sopa quente no Verão é um desconsolo. Fico cheia de calor e não me sabe bem nem me satisfaz. Foi por isso que este Verão decidi apostar nas sopas frias. Adoro <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2017/05/27/gaspacho-andaluz/"><strong>Gaspacho</strong></a> e sabe-me muito bem no Verão. Mas comer Gaspacho todos os dias também me chateia. Sim, já devem ter percebido que não repito pratos com pouco intervalo de tempo. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta Receita de Sopa Fria de Abacate e Espinafres foi mais uma agradável surpresa deste Verão. Apesar de ter um verde forte o seu sabor é bastante suave e o topping de tomate fica simplesmente divinal.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Por isso nem vale a pena torcer o nariz à cor. Deitem mãos à obra enquanto este Outono continua a cheirar a Verão e toca a experimentar esta sopa tão a jeito do <a href="https://www.dreamworksanimation.com/shrek/"><strong>Shrek e da Fiona</strong></a>.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Praticamente não como arroz, é raríssimo comer. Habituei-me assim por andar sempre em dieta e a verdade é que não me faz falta nenhuma. Parece que nem gosto muito para ser sincera.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas claro&#8230; muito de vez em quando como um arroz de pato ou um arroz de peixe ou marisco ou um arroz de tomate malandrinho para acompanhar com pastéis de bacalhau… Mas são muito raras estas refeições… diria que como arroz umas 5 ou 6 vezes num ano… não mais do que isso.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas o arroz negro é um “amor” recente. Experimentei numa poke bowl e fiquei rendida pois fica delicioso frio e misturado em saladas e é por isso que vos trago esta Receita de Salada fria de arroz negro pois tem sido uma das minhas saladas favoritas deste verão.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para quem não conhece, o arroz negro é cultivado há mais de 4000 mil anos na China e era conhecido como “arroz proibido” pois por ser raro e saboroso o seu consumo exclusivo do Imperador Chinês e sua família.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Acresce ainda o facto de o seu consumo ser muito mais benéfico do que o Arroz Branco pois está cheio de antioxidantes e é uma boa fonte de fibra, tem ainda outros benefícios que poderá saber <a href="https://draxe.com/forbidden-rice/"><strong>AQUI</strong></a>.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Falta ainda dizer que a minha pequena é viciada em arroz: adora! Claro que não lhe dou arroz diariamente, longe disso,  mas ocasionalmente faço arroz para ela e o pai comerem e adivinhem… talvez por não gostar muito de arroz, sou uma verdadeira “naba” na hora de o cozinhar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sei bem a teoria, 1 dose de arroz para duas de água, deixa cozer até evaporar para ficar seco e soltinho, mas o pior são as minhas dúvidas existenciais do “será que a água já evaporou toda?” e que me fazem levantar a tampa do tacho inúmeras vezes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Recentemente descobri a minha aliada na hora de fazer arroz… 0 <a href="http://yogurtnest.com/"><strong>YogurtNest</strong></a>… e agora vocês estão a pensar: “está maluca, só pode… agora anda a fazer arroz numa iogurteira&#8221;.
