<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">As Mousses sempre foram das minhas sobremesas preferidas de colher.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nunca fui fã daquelas sobremesas com bolachas desfeitas, bolinhos e palitos de champagne mas as mousses, pela sua simplicidade rapidamente me conquistavam!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A minha mãe é uma expert em mousses. Começando na mousse de chocolate (a dela é de babar nem sei bem explicar porquê) até às mais diversas mousses de fruta as dela sempre foram as melhores que comi e aquelas que tomo como referência quando confeciono as minhas mousses. Com o tempo a minha mãe foi aperfeiçoando cada vez mais a arte da mousse e lentamente tornando as suas mousses mais &#8220;saudáveis&#8221; de dia para dia e agora é muito difícil chegar ao seu &#8220;nível&#8221;!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É claro que como filha aplicada e que gosta de cozinha aprendi sempre muito bem a lição e tentei/tento aplicar as delicias que me ensinou e ensina todos os dias! (Vocês imaginavam que este gosto pela cozinha vinha de quem?)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">No caso das mousses tento tentado chegar ao nível das mousses da mãe&#8230; parece que a de chocolate é coisa que nunca vou conseguir: é que até já comi mousses muito boas mas a dela é mesmo especial! Já as mousses de fruta, como esta mousse de lima que vos trago hoje, são algo que já domino relativamente bem!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta mousse de lima ficou super fofinha, daquelas mousses em que a cada colherada conseguimos parar e apreciar o &#8220;desfazer da nuvem&#8221; na boca! Não ficou demasiado doce, caso prefiram adicionem mais um pouco de doce mas ficou deliciosa e uma ótima companhia para aparecer no prato de sobremesa lado a lado com a minha <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/06/29/tarte-de-chocolate-e-coco/"><strong>Tarte de Chocolate e Coco</strong></a> que é bem mais docinha!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta Receita de Mousse de Lima não tem glúten, nem açúcares refinados, nem lacticínios: é vegan e paleo. Utilizei <a href="https://www.elcorteingles.pt/supermercado/0105218089300851-pride-creme-de-coco-embalagem-198-g/">Creme de Coco</a> e Iogurtes de Coco para criar uma mousse cremosa e fresca sem necessitar de lacticínios.</span></p>

Rodrigo, Cornucópias&#8230; Não preciso de continuar! Vocês já perceberam de certeza. E penso rapidamente na <a href="https://turismodocentro.pt/evento/xix-mostra-internacional-de-doces-licores-conventuais/"><strong>mostra de doces conventuais de Alcobaça</strong></a>&#8230; aiiiiiiii!!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É realmente um doce pelo qual perco a cabeça e por isso obviamente tinha de ter uma versão de doce de ovos &#8220;menos má&#8221; . Sim, não se iludam, um doce é sempre um doce podemos é escolher comer doces com melhores ingredientes.</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta Receita de Mousse de Chocolate Paleo é super fácil de fazer, não é &#8220;coisa&#8221; estranha porque não existe doce nenhum mais fácil de fazer do que Mousse de Chocolate.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando era miúda confesso que não era grande apreciadora de chocolate. Sempre fui a menina do doce de ovos que não se perdia por nenhuma tablete de chocolate. Já se me acenassem com um bocado de presunto o caso mudava de figura (mais alguém como eu?).</span></p>
<h3>A primeira vez que comi chocolate com satisfação?</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adorava estar com os meus avós e não havia ninguém mais anti-doces do que o meu avô. Penso que foi por isso que me habituei aos salgados em deterimento dos doces. Ainda assim quando aparecia alguma coisa com doce de ovos na mesa eu delirava.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Um dia, lembro-me como se fosse hoje, fui com o meu avô ao café e ele, sem eu pedir comprou um <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/06/29/tarte-de-chocolate-e-coco/"><strong>Bounty</strong></a> e deu-me.  Como já vos disse não era grande apreciadora de chocolate mas Bounty era mesmo um chocolate do qual eu não gostava.  Olhei para o chocolate e pensei &#8220;não vou dizer nada porque isto é um momento raro&#8221; e assim foi! Comi aquele Bounty que me soube pela vida e a partir daí adoro Buonty não sei bem explicar o porquê.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Aquele foi um momento único, a unica vez em que o meu avô me ofereceu um doce.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Guardo o momento com carinho na memória pois foi muito muito especial.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ao meu avô e também à minha avó&#8230; deixo um beijinho! Um dia alguém me disse que as pessoas só morrem quando nos deixamos de lembrar delas. Já passaram uns anos que não tenho os meus avós mas acreditem não há um dia em que não os recorde com saudade.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Apesar de tudo não foi nesta altura que fiquei a gostar de chocolate a sério.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi bastante mais tarde, quando conheci o meu marido, um Chocoholic assumido é que comecei a ficar mais fã.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Hoje a mousse de Chocolate é talvez o doce mais comido cá por casa e depois a minha adorada <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/06/29/tarte-de-chocolate-e-coco/"><strong>Tarte de Chocolate e Coco</strong></a>! Mas esta versão não tem açúcar refinado. Apesar de ser um doce é sempre uma melhor escolha do que a mousse tradicional.</span></p>

Mas faz parte daquele grupo restrito que nunca ficou esquecida pois é algo que faço inúmeras vezes. Mas de todas as vezes tenho feito uma grande falha: nunca mais voltei a fotografar estas barritas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Últimamente, não sei se já repararam, tenho feito uma visita às receitas antigas apenas para lhes tirar novas fotografias e compor o blog e estas barritas não podiam ficar de fora pois são o meu snack de eleição e já mereciam umas fotos mais dignas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É nestas alturas, em que olho para o que fazia no inicio que vejo o quanto o meu blog já evoluiu e o quanto as fotos já melhoraram. Ainda não está como quero (acho que nunca vai estar),  mas cada dia está um pouco melhor e isso dá-me ânimo para continuar a trabalhar para que a melhoria seja visível de dia para dia.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas voltando às barritas de tâmaras e frutos secos&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Podem servir de snack mas também podem servir como sobremesa, topping para smothie bowls  ou podem ser apenas aquele miminho doce que de vez em quando a nossa cabeça pede (sim isso é tudo cabeça, acreditem).</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Todos gostamos de um geladinho e existem mil provas de que um gelado pode ser saudável, esta Receita de Gelado de Cacau e Coco é deliciosa e fará as delicias de miúdos e graúdos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Gelados&#8230; o docinho de Verão a que não resisto! Aliás, gosto de gelados no Verão e no Inverno, gosto de gelados de dia e de noite, depois de almoço e do jantar&#8230; Enfim, gosto de gelados e aposto que já perceberam isso!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas claro, a grande maioria das opções do mercado são más, muito más e se eu posso optar e comer algo que me faz mal imaginem o peso na consciência quando a pequena ao ver-me comer um gelado na rua me pede um pouco&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não sou de todo capaz de viver com isso e por isso prefiro mesmo fazer os meus próprios gelados.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Existem mil opções de gelados &#8220;menos maus&#8221; (não existem doces saudáveis) que podemos fazer em casa. A maioria leva banana para tornar o gelado cremoso em vez das natas e do leite condensado que as receitas mais convencionais têm. Apesar de ter algumas receitas sem banana e que ficam óptimas (ficarão para partilhar noutra altura), esta foi feita com banana até porque sendo fruta é uma forma ótima de adoçar os gelados para a pequena.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para guardar o gelado no congelador podem fazê-lo numa caixa  ou então usar umas forminhas para gelado. Eu tenho <a href="https://www.asideiasdospacotes.com/produto/molde-chupeta/"><strong>estas formas</strong></a> de As Ideias dos Pacotes pois foram as mais pequeninas que consegui encontrar o que é óptimo para a pequena e para mim claro&#8230; assim como menos!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Relativamente a estes gelados, confesso que nunca fui muito fã de gelados de chocolate no entanto o saborzinho do coco misturado com o cacau surpreendeu pela positiva! Utilizei os<a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-iogurtes-vegetais-de-coco/"><strong> Iogurtes de Coco</strong> </a>que fiz no meu <a href="https://yogurtnest.com/"><strong>YogurtNest</strong></a> e foi mesmo uma óptima opção pois ficaram deliciosos!</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Estou super fã deste género de Cheesecake sem queijo. Esta Receita de Cheesecake de Morango foi mais um sucesso cá em casa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nunca gostei muito de Cheesecake e na verdade digo sempre que gosto muito de morangos mas não gosto de nada que seja feito de morango. Estranho? Talvez, mas sou mesmo assim!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">No entanto desde que mudei o estilo de alimentação uma das coisas que descobri foi que afinal até gosto de Cheesecake desde que tenha a base certa. Sim, sempre odiei aquelas bases de bolacha triturada mas confesso que as tâmaras com frutos secos me enchem as medidas: ADORO!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Tinha recebido em casa a nova Gama de Compotas Natura da <a href="http://www.jugais.com/doces?utm_source=www.healthybites.pt&amp;utm_medium=link"><strong>Quinta de Jugais</strong>,</a> umas compotas sem açúcares adicionados e que andava super curiosa de provar. Mais do que barrar as Compotas numa fatia de pão, achei que um Cheesecake seria a oportunidade perfeita para testar as <a href="http://www.jugais.com/doces?utm_source=www.healthybites.pt&amp;utm_medium=link"><strong>compotas Natura</strong></a>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A verdade é que fiquei rendida: são deliciosas! Não têm açúcar adicionado nem ingredientes &#8220;desconhecidos&#8221; e considero que são uma ótima escolha para quando não temos tempo de fazer compotas em casa!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Este Cheesecake não tem Glúten</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta Receita de Cheesecake de Morango não tem Glúten, Lactose nem açúcar refinado: é Paleo e também Vegan. Como é que um Cheesecake pode ser Vegan? Bem, na verdade é um Cheesecake que não leva queijo! Impossível? Pode parecer mas não é.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">Garanto que é super delicioso. Que não perdeu nada pelo facto de não ter aqueles ingredientes que só nos fazem mal,  mas o melhor é mesmo experimentarem e tirarem as vossas dúvidas.</span></p>

<div><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Derreter o chocolate com o leite condensado e a manteiga de amendoim mexendo sempre. Juntar&nbsp; sal e os amendoins e mexer sempre para despegar do tacho.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Colocar num recipiente forrado a papel vegetal.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Salpicar com sal e mais amendoins e levar ao frio no minimo 3horas.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;">Num tacho leve ao lume o açúcar de coco e o creme de coco e deixe ferver e engrossar, junte as amêndoas, envolva bem as amêndoas no caramelo e deixe ferver mais um pouco para as amêndoas caramelizarem. Retire do lume, passe para uma taça de vidro e deixe arrefecer.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;">Num outro tacho derreta o chocolate com o óleo de coco. Pincele a forma (bem limpa e seca) e leve ao frio, coloque pelo menos 4 camadas de chocolate levando sempre ao frio para endurecer.</span></div>
