<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adoro comida Italiana. Penso que noutra vida terei pela certa vivido em Itália. Para além disso a minha segunda família é Italiana e aprendi tanto com eles a nivel de cozinha que inevitavelmente tenho muitas influências Italianas na minha cozinha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Uma das coisas que mais gosto dos restaurantes em Itália são aquelas Bruschettas levemente &#8220;defumadas&#8221; que nos chegam ao prato carregadas de ingredientes frescos e deliciosos. Em casa não tenho grelhador de carvão e a torradeira não cumpria propriamente os requisitos de deixar o pão bem tostado sem o deixar seco.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Até que&#8230; experimentei fazer as minhas Bruschettas na <a href="https://www.philips.pt/c-p/HD9652_90/avance-collection-airfryer-xxl"><strong>Philips Airfryer</strong></a> . Continuam obviamente a ficar sem o sabor da grelha do carvão mas o pão fica top mesmo com uma consistência optima para o efeito.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Já sabem que para toppings podem usar o que mais gostarem. Eu não resisto à combinação pesto, tomate e mozarella. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cá por casa somos muito fãs de peixe. De um modo geral, comemos muito mais vezes peixe do que carne. No entanto,  sei que não é assim em todas as casas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Expressões como &#8220;Peixe não puxa carroça&#8221; estão no dia a dia de muitas gente e nem sempre é fácil destronar este <em>Mindset </em>que tantas pessoas têm. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Por aqui, sou da opinião que peixe puxa carroça, sim! </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> É verdade que é uma refeição mais leve, mas acompanhada com os alimentos certos, não deixa fome. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adoro Papelotes de peixe, por exemplo, em que colocamos tudo, legumes e peixe, num embrulhinho e cozinha tudo ao mesmo tempo. Para além de deliciosa, este tipo de comida é de rápida e simples confeção, o que são só pontos ganhos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Costumava sempre fazer os meus papelotes no forno, mas andava com vontade de experimentar fazê-los na <a href="http://www.yammi.pt"><strong>Yammi2</strong></a>. Assim foi, preparei os meus embrulhos cheios de coisas boas e coloquei-os na bandeja de vapor. Conclusão? Nunca mais faço papelotes de outra forma! Ficaram deliciosos e, ou é impressão minha, ou ainda mais suculentos do que a versão de forno. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E se ficou com muita vontade de comer peixinho, as minhas sugestões são, por exemplo, este <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-bacalhau-a-healthy-bites-sem-gluten-sem-lactose-paleo/"><strong>Bacalhau à Healthy Bites</strong></a> ou este Bacalhau à <strong><a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-bacalhau-a-bras-low-carb-paleo-sem-gluten-sem-lactose/">Brás com alho francês</a>. </strong>Mas, se é daqueles que diz que Bacalhau não é peixe então também tenho sugestões para si&#8230; este <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/06/29/ceviche-de-salmao/"><strong>Ceviche de Salmão</strong></a> é delicioso, e esta<a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/03/19/pescada-de-fricasse/"><strong> Pescada de Fricassé</strong></a> é de comer e chorar por mais.
