<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para além deste nosso gosto muito pessoal o limão tem imensos benefícios, ajuda na diminuição da pressão arterial, é rico em antioxidantes, aumenta a absorção do ferro nos alimentos vegetais quando consumido durante as refeições entre outros conhecidos <a href="https://www.tuasaude.com/beneficios-do-limao/"><strong>benefícios</strong></a>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Só me chateia muitas vezes o preço dos limões. Vejo limões em todo o lado e quando chego ao supermercado os limões estão caríssimos,  a um preço quase proibitivo.  Mas, mesmo assim, é algo que cá em casa tem de haver sempre e acabo por comprar na mesma</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando me dão maiores quantidades, espremo, ralo, etc&#8230; e entre cascas, sumo e limões inteiros acabam no congelador para ir usando sempre que preciso.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Eu e o marido dizemos sempre que, quando sairmos do apartamento (se é que algum dia isso vai acontecer), vamos ter um limoeiro no quintal&#8230; São sonhos, mas quem sabe um dia não se realizam?!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Estes Muffins foram mais uma deliciosa experiência. <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Lembro-me que na altura terei comido umas duas ou três e fiquei rendida. Eram realmente deliciosas. Mas nesta azáfama de partilhar coisas novas pelo blog esta Receita de Panquecas de Limão e Sementes de Papoila  acabou por ficar esquecida. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Nos últimos tempos tenho feito um esforço para voltar a fazer receitas que já tenho no blog e não voltei a repetir. O objectivo é fazer novas fotos: mais bonitas, com melhor aspecto e capaz de vos fazer sonhar com elas. Não sei se o objectivo tem sido atingido mas o esforço da minha parte tem sido grande nesse sentido (Para fotos bonitinhas podem começar já a seguir a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/healthybitespt/"><strong>conta de Instagram Healthy Bites</strong></a>).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Decidi por esse motivo que estava na altura de refazer a famosa Receita de Panquecas de Limão e Sementes de Papoila e verificar se estas panquecas de limão eram ou nao tão deliciosas quanto me lembrava.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Foi talvez uma das melhores receitas de panquecas que já criei e todo este tempo depois confirmo&#8230; São efectivamente deliciosas. Claro que isto é muito relativo por isso o melhor é mesmo experimentarem para decidir se são boas ou não. </span></p>
