Não deixem de experimentar esta deliciosa Receita de Bites de Couve-flor na Philips Airfryer XXL.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Como já expliquei adoro fazer Bites&#8230; já fiz de <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-bites-de-batata-doce-sem-gluten-paleo/"><strong>bites batata doce</strong></a> (são optimas) , <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-bites-de-brocolos-na-yammi2-sem-gluten-paleo-low-carb/"><strong>bites de brócolos</strong></a> e até de cenoura&#8230; mas desta vez decidi experimentar algo sem lacticinios e muito mais low carb&#8230; Sairam estas Bites de couve-flor que ficaram mega deliciosas!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sabiam que odeio couve-flor? Isto é&#8230; odeio couve-flor cozida assim no prato, sem graça! Nunca lhe toquei até ao dia em que decidi experimentar o puré de couve-flor. Bem temperadinho, com pimenta e muita noz moscada o puré de couve-flor soube-me a puré de batata e passou a fazer parte dos menus cá de casa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando experimentei esta receita, o resultado final fez-me lembrar aquelas batatas duchese (não sei se sabem do que falo&#8230; mas é uma verdadeira desgraça)&#8230; Estas Bites são mesmo uma óptima opção. Servem para acompanhamento de refeições mas também como um optimo snack para o dia a dia. São super low carb e mega práticas de fazer.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experimentei fazê-las no forno e até resultaram bem mas o resultado na minha Philips Airfryer XXL foi muito mais agradável. Ficaram muito mais crocantes e o resultado final foi realmente ainda melhor.</span></p>
