<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta é uma ideia que vale mais pela sua apresentação do que pela receita em si. Queijo creme temperado é algo que gosto sempre de colocar na mesa para entrada. Normalmente coloco pequenas taças nas tábuas de frios que costumo fazer mas desta vez fiz diferente. Aproveitei a entrada bem simples que costumo preparar e dei-lhe um formato giro que vai ficar super bem na mesa: uma Pinha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É realmente bem simples de preparar e não tem muito que saber e por isso não há desculpa para não a ter também na sua mesa de Natal.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Se como eu gosta do almoço de domingo calmo e demorado, esta é a receita ideal para o seu almoço do próximo domingo. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É uma receita super simples como eu gosto onde basta apenas ter atenção aos tempos de cozedura e à qualidade da carne para obter um resultado delicioso. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mais alguns cuidados que devemos ter sempre? </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Descongelar totalmente a carne, não queremos carne cozida por dentro e isso pode acontecer se não ficar totalmente descongelada.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> Outra coisa essencial é nunca cozinhar carne fria para ter a certeza que ela fica tenra.  Assim, cerca de 2horas antes de começar a cozinhar (30 minutos se for Verão e estiver calor) retiro a Carne do frigorifico e deixo à temperatura ambiente.</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E para hoje mais uma deliciosa sopa que preparei na minha Yammi2 para vocês. Fiquem com esta Receita de Creme de Espargos na Yammi2 XL.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sopinha cá em casa já perceberam que é coisa que não falta (no Inverno) e a minha <a href="http://www.yammi.pt"><strong>Yammi</strong></a> é a aliada perfeita para as preparar.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Gosto de sopas cremosas e isso só é posível com a ajuda da minha Yammi. Acreditem, fazendo exatamente a mesma receita de sopa e triturando com a varinha mágica não consigo nunca esta cremosidade. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi mesmo essa a razão pela qual acabei por me render aos  robots de cozinha&#8230; lamento mas não há sopa (sem batata) tão cremosa!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Normalmente faço sempre a sopa na minha panela XL pois assim basta fazer sopa 1 vez por semana e tenho sopinha para os meus pequenos-almoços e para (pelo menos) dois jantares da família. Esta foi a maior razão para adquirir uma Panela XL para a minha Yammi pois cá em casa somos só 3 e para tudo o resto, à partida, o copo chegaria. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Obviamente, existem outras alturas em que a panela me dá imenso jeito:  jantares de amigos e também para bater claras de bolos quando amassei o bolo no copo. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Por isso, para todos os que nos últimos dias me enviaram mensagens  a perguntar se é ou não útil adquirir a Panela XL da Yammi, aqui está a minha resposta&#8230; somos só 3 cá em casa e eu já não me vejo sem ela!</span></p>
