<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Recebi um convite da <a href="https://www.aeg.com.pt/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>AEG</strong></a> para um Showcooking Natalício. A ideia seria partilhar versões um pouco mais saudáveis das sobremesas mais tradicionais da época Natalícia.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas eu tinha um problema:  não sou a maior fã dos doces tradicionais de Natal. Não gosto de doces fritos nem de doces muito doces e por isso o desafio de adaptar receitas tradicionais natalícias era grande&#8230; mas irrecusável!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Algumas eram adaptações mais óbvias, outras mais complicadas. As Rabanadas de forno pareceram-me uma excelente ideia e foi isso mesmo que decidi fazer.</span></p>
<h3>Rabanadas de forno.</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não sou a maior fã de Rabanadas (isto para não dizer que não gosto mesmo). Aquela textura de &#8220;papa&#8221; não é mesmo a minha praia mas reconheço que deve ficar uma delicia pois quase todos os que conheço adoram rabanadas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Estas são um pouco diferentes do habitual. Em vez de serem demolhadas em leite ou bebida vegetal são demolhadas em Chá de Limão bem forte (sugestão de uma querida seguidora). Também não são adoçadas logo de inicio e cada um coloca no final o doce que quer usar escolhendo o sabor e quantidade ajustadas a si.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sobre o Showcooking na AEG</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O showcooking foi feito em directo a partir do Showroom da AEG e podes ver o vídeo <a href="https://www.instagram.com/tv/CIoNWlCjdS0/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>AQUI</strong></a> (parte 1) e <a href="https://www.instagram.com/tv/CIoO2rqDWhh/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>AQUI</strong></a> (parte 2).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O forno a vapor Cookview da AEG foi a estrela do dia, pode saber mais sobre ele <a href="https://www.aeg.com.pt/kitchen/cooking/ovens/steam-oven/bsk999330m/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>AQUI</strong></a> mas posso dizer que entre outras coisas tem a função Steamify que regula automaticamente o vapor necessário ao cozinhado, tem a possibilidade de fazer cozedura a vácuo e ainda como o nome indica a possibilidade de ver através de uma câmara como está o cozinhado controlando remotamente o forno. Fiquei obviamente apaixonada e cheia de vontade de ter um forno destes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Tive ainda possibilidade de trabalhar com outros electrodomésticos. O <a href="https://www.aeg.com.pt/kitchen/cooking/ovens/compact-oven/kme761000b/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Forno Compacto Combiquick</strong> </a>que é um forno ventilado com função de forno e microondas, ideal para casas pequenas e também a <a href="https://www.aeg.com.pt/kitchen/small-kitchen-appliances/kitchen-machines/kitchen-machine/km4100/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Ultramix</strong></a> uma batedeira com 1000W de potência ideal para todo o tipo de massas até as mais pesadas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Claro que vim cheia de vontade de equipar a minha cozinha toda com AEG ou não tivesse eu na fase de remodelação da minha cozinha.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Confesso que não sou apreciadora de Rabanadas&#8230; aliás não gosto mesmo de Rabanadas ponto final. Coisas &#8220;empapadas&#8221; não é definitivamente a minha &#8220;cena&#8221;. No entanto dado ao espirito Natalicio e tendo em conta os inúmeros pedidos que recebi cá em casa e também da vossa parte decidi experimentar e recriar uma receita de Rabanadas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Obviamente usei pão sem glúten, optei pelo meu <strong><a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/07/05/pao-paleo-sem-gluten-sem-lactose-vegan/">Pão Paleo</a> </strong>pois tinha algumas fatias congeladas ainda mas podia também ter optado por exemplo pelos Magnificos Pães da <a href="http://www.pachamama.pt/?fbclid=IwAR07uDLh8t2OmKSvjJjnaVtdhZlWPx1891sEVq-isDZgvrHNL9n-ichzeeA"><strong>Pachamama</strong></a> sem glúten por exemplo&#8230; Falei deles <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/07/30/como-deixar-o-vicio-do-pao-ou-nao/"><strong>AQUI.</strong></a></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Substitui o leite por bebida vegetal de amêndoa&#8230; quanto ao doce decidi colocar doce de ovos por cima e não lhes coloquei mais nada.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Podiam ter sido feitas no forno mas optei por passar as fatias pela frigideira num pouco de óleo de coco mas já vos conto tudo mais abaixo&#8230;</span></p>
<h3>Cada Região seu nome!</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Entretanto enquanto pensava na forma como iria fazer as minhas Rabanadas lembrei-me que os nomes destas Iguarias Natalicias variam imenso conforme a zona do País. Ora pensem comigo: &#8220;Rabanadas&#8221; em Lisboa na minha terra (Torres Novas) chamam-lhes &#8220;Fatias Paridas&#8221;, também sei que lhes chamam  &#8220;Fatias douradas&#8221; e salvo erro no Alentejo são &#8220;Fatias de Ovo&#8221;&#8230; </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Se falarmos de outros doces Natalicios os Velhoses na minha terra são os Sonhos para muitos. Mas Sonhos para mim têm calda de açúcar&#8230; Aos &#8220;meus&#8221; coscorões alguns dão o nome de Filhós ou Filhoses&#8230;. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Enfim, uma grande confusão! E nas vossas terras quais os nomes dos doces Natalicios? Já tinham percebido esta imensa confusão?!?</span></p>
