										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Gosto imenso de comer Panquecas mas nem sempre me apetece estar ao fogão com tempo e paciência a cozinhar a massa aos poucos de cada vez. Foi assim que surgiu a mega Panqueca Paleo de Forno e fiquei fã.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta é a minha panqueca de eleição para fazer no forno o que não quer dizer que não resulte com outras massas de panquecas, vai resultar com todas obviamente mas eu mantenho-me fiel a esta pois já sei que fica deliciosa.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Panqueca Paleo de Forno</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lembro-me da primeira vez que fiz esta Mega Panqueca, a Judite ainda não tinha 1 ano e eu estava com apetites de panquecas ao pequeno-almoço. No entretanto a Judite acordou e eu fiquei sem tempo para preparar as panquecas com o amor que elas merecem. Num ataque meio furioso despejei tudo numa forma e coloquei no forno&#8230;saiu esta bela panqueca de forno!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Desde aí esta panqueca tem sido uma constante cá por casa por ser tão prática de fazer. Quando tenho menos tempo, preparo a massa em menos de 5 minutos, meto no forno e enquanto despacho as coisas para sair a panqueca cozinha. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É super versátil como se quer e pode ser comida a qualquer hora do dia. Se não colocarem Banana fica LOW CARB e é uma óptima opção para o pequeno-almoço por exemplo.</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para os fãs de Limão e mirtilos esta receita é um &#8220;Must Have&#8221;&#8230; Receita de Scones de Limão e Mirtilos!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Criei esta receita no final de 2017. Ainda não tinha um ano de Blog e lembro-me bem de estar em casa com a pequena que estava doente e sem apetite.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Fui para a cozinha, peguei nos seus adorados mirtilos e tentei criar uma receita que lhe agradasse na esperança que a falta de apetite fosse temporária.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi um sucesso absoluto e a pequena  devorou os scones mas na fase frenética do blog em crescimento e do querer criar mais e mais receitas, estes scones ficaram esquecidos!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Recentemente enquanto preparava um dos Workshops lembrei-me desta receita e pensei: são perfeitos para o Workshop. Resultado? Os scones ganharam mais fãs e eu decidi rapidamente que teria de repetir a receita para a fotografar decentemente.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Apesar de ter novas fotos não resisti a deixar uma das fotos originais onde a mão da minha pequena J., na altura com 1 aninho acabado de fazer segura um pouco do scone.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bem, na semana passada quando recebi uma caixa de mirtilos no cabaz da <a href="https://pt-pt.facebook.com/pages/category/Agriculture/Quinta-da-Herdeira-170728029760009/"><strong>Quinta da Herdeira</strong></a>, ficou decidido&#8230; estava na hora de repetir a receita. Cá está ela, é bem simples e juro: super deliciosa! Mas o melhor mesmo será experimentarem por vocês próprios e depois quero o vosso feedback. Combinado?</span></p>
