<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Num destes dias, na pressa de preparar qualquer coisa para a pequena levar na lancheira para o dia seguinte decidi que ia fazer umas panquecas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Peguei numa banana madura que estava  na fruteira, flocos de aveia, a Canela do Ceilão e a Farinha de Banana da <a href="https://goldnutrition.pt/"><strong>GoldNutrition</strong></a> e decidi juntar tudo. Coloquei u</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">ma pitada daqui, outra dali, acrescenta ovos, depois bebida vegetal e quando chegou a hora de meter na frigideira tinha massa para fazer panquecas para a escola inteira da pequena.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Como havia banho para dar, jantar para acabar e tudo para preparar para o dia seguinte achei que fazer 30 panquecas não era coisa que me apetecia e decidi então colocar toda a massa de uma só vez na Frigideira para fazer uma espécie de bolinho!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O que vos posso dizer é que foi uma ideia de génio pois este bolinho ficou delicioso!!! Super fofinho e saboroso e será certamente uma receita a repetir nesta e noutras versões.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não conheço ninguém que não goste de panquecas. Pela certa deverá existir alguém mas não deve ser fácil de encontrar. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">(Se estiver por aí alguém que não goste que se acuse que eu gostava muito de saber o porquê&#8230; ahahaah)</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A mim umas panquecas altas e fofas ao pequeno-almoço é coisa para nos deixar de sorriso no rosto o dia inteiro. Tenho ou não tenho razão para isso? </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Aposto que concordam comigo mas na verdade sabemos que nem sempre são o pequeno-almoço ideal. As Panquecas de um modo geral possuem uma elevada carga de Hidratos de Carbono e acabamos por quebrar o jejum de uma forma que não seria a mais desejável.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É certo que um dia não são dias e umas panquecas de vez em quando não trazem problemas de maior. Desde que feitas com os ingredientes certos obviamente. Mas hoje, para vos ajudar nessa saga de desejos ao pequeno-almoço (não me digam que sou a única&#8230;) trago esta Receita de Panquecas Low Carb  que preparei na minha <a href="https://www.yammi.pt/"><strong>Yammi2</strong></a>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">São super fáceis de preparar e têm aquela consistência que todos gostamos: Altas, fofinhas e muito saborosas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O melhor de tudo? </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">São LOW CARB. Ou seja, são optimas para aqueles dias em que nos apetece panquecas ao pequeno-almoço! Acabamos por comer o que nos apetece sem fazer grandes estragos no plano alimentar. Parece bem não é verdade?  Eu sou MEGA FÃ deste tipo de panquecas.</span></p>
