<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Confesso que não sou apreciadora de Rabanadas&#8230; aliás não gosto mesmo de Rabanadas ponto final. Coisas &#8220;empapadas&#8221; não é definitivamente a minha &#8220;cena&#8221;. No entanto dado ao espirito Natalicio e tendo em conta os inúmeros pedidos que recebi cá em casa e também da vossa parte decidi experimentar e recriar uma receita de Rabanadas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Obviamente usei pão sem glúten, optei pelo meu <strong><a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/07/05/pao-paleo-sem-gluten-sem-lactose-vegan/">Pão Paleo</a> </strong>pois tinha algumas fatias congeladas ainda mas podia também ter optado por exemplo pelos Magnificos Pães da <a href="http://www.pachamama.pt/?fbclid=IwAR07uDLh8t2OmKSvjJjnaVtdhZlWPx1891sEVq-isDZgvrHNL9n-ichzeeA"><strong>Pachamama</strong></a> sem glúten por exemplo&#8230; Falei deles <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/07/30/como-deixar-o-vicio-do-pao-ou-nao/"><strong>AQUI.</strong></a></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Substitui o leite por bebida vegetal de amêndoa&#8230; quanto ao doce decidi colocar doce de ovos por cima e não lhes coloquei mais nada.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Podiam ter sido feitas no forno mas optei por passar as fatias pela frigideira num pouco de óleo de coco mas já vos conto tudo mais abaixo&#8230;</span></p>
<h3>Cada Região seu nome!</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Entretanto enquanto pensava na forma como iria fazer as minhas Rabanadas lembrei-me que os nomes destas Iguarias Natalicias variam imenso conforme a zona do País. Ora pensem comigo: &#8220;Rabanadas&#8221; em Lisboa na minha terra (Torres Novas) chamam-lhes &#8220;Fatias Paridas&#8221;, também sei que lhes chamam  &#8220;Fatias douradas&#8221; e salvo erro no Alentejo são &#8220;Fatias de Ovo&#8221;&#8230; </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Se falarmos de outros doces Natalicios os Velhoses na minha terra são os Sonhos para muitos. Mas Sonhos para mim têm calda de açúcar&#8230; Aos &#8220;meus&#8221; coscorões alguns dão o nome de Filhós ou Filhoses&#8230;. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Enfim, uma grande confusão! E nas vossas terras quais os nomes dos doces Natalicios? Já tinham percebido esta imensa confusão?!?</span></p>
