<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Tinha uns Cubos de Cherne <strong><a href="https://gelpeixe.pt/pt" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gelpeixe </a></strong>no congelador, a última vez que tinha cozinhado com estes cubos fiz um delicioso <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/caril-de-cherne/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Caril de Cherne</strong></a>, também já tinha feito um <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/arroz-de-cherne-malandrinho/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Arroz Malandrinho de Cherne</strong></a> que com estes cubos fica uma delicia, mas desta vez queria fazer algo diferente&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Pensei em Selar os cubos numa frigideira e adicionar limão e alguns temperos mas e o acompanhamento? Achei que um Risotto seria o acompanhamento ideal mas não podia ser um Risotto qualquer&#8230; Precisava de algo para conjugar com peixe e o Risotto de Limão pareceu-me o ideal. O acre do limão conjuga na perfeição com pratos de peixe e adicionei uns cogumelos para lhe acrescentar sabor&#8230; assim foi!</span></p>

Em Dezembro de 2017 decidi que estava na hora de saltar para o Blog. Hoje, quase um ano depois a Receita ganha uma nova vida com umas fotos atualizadas mas com a mesma receita de sempre.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adoro Batata doce. E sinceramente, não sei quantos anos faz desde que é apenas batata doce que se come cá por casa. Chegámos a comprar às caixas, hoje sou mais comedida até porque eu ando em corte de Hidratos de Carbono e acabo por comprar em doses mais pequenas. E se já gostava de batata doce, fiquei a gostar muito mais quando conheci as variedades de Batata doce Laranja e Roxa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi com a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/Quinta-da-Herdeira-Agricultura-Biol%C3%B3gica-170728029760009/"><strong>Quinta da Herdeira</strong></a> que conheci estas variedades de batata doce e realmente fiquei rendida. Se a batata doce normal já é docinha, a laranja é ainda mais doce. E a roxa, bem a roxa é mesmo muito doce e para além disso tem uma cor linda! Se ainda não experimentaram, então está na altura de o fazerem!</span></p>
