São muito simples e práticos de fazer.  precisa de um bom liquidificador, de um punhado de morangos congelados e pouco mais. O objetivo é fazer primeiro um puré de morangos bem fresquinho (misturando morangos frescos com congelados) à qual adiciona sumo de lima e água com gás. Claro que se preferir fazer a versão alcoólica. Para isso basta adicionar um pouco de rum&#8230; prometo que também ficará delicioso.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Com certeza conhece aquelas bebidas de Inverno que são perfeitas para uma noite fria em Família como o Natal, certo? Esta infusão é mesmo assim. Ótima para nos aquecer naqueles dias frios de Inverno e para nos trazer conforto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta infusão faz para a minha Família parte da Tradição de Natal. Era normalmente em noite de consoada que a avó Judite a servia acompanhada por longas conversas à mesa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Tenho saudades das primeiras vezes que a bebi. Faz-me recordar os Natais em Família, naquelas noites cheias de amor que faziam derreter o coração mais gelado.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A minha Avó Judite e o meu Avô Resina foram sempre motivo de união entre a família e por isso os Natais lá por casa sentavam à mesa uma Família grande cheia de Histórias para contar. Depois do jantar ficávamos horas a fio a ouvir os mais velhos nas suas aventuras e desventuras!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">As minhas memórias (e acho que as de toda a gente) têm muito a ver com comida. Os pratos de cada altura do ano, a avó Judite agarrada aos tachos, o avô Resina que refilava do excesso de sal porque tinha tensão alta&#8230; enfim, um chorrilho de memórias boas que tenho a cada garfada, a cada gole, a cada colherada sempre que reproduzo as receitas da família!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Hoje partilho consigo esta receita deliciosa para que possa também aquecer o Natal aí de casa!</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">No Verão sabe sempre bem uma bebida fresquinha e eu sou fã de limonadas.  Esta Limonada de Maracujá ficou uma delicia e tem sido repetida vezes sem conta nos dias mais quentes.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Faz imenso tempo que retirei os refrigerantes e sumos da minha alimentação e os substituí por água simples ou limonada sem açúcar. São sem dúvida as bebidas que prefiro. De tal forma que a pequena Judite também costuma beber da minha limonada sem qualquer adoçante e não acha estranho o sabor nem considera azedo&#8230; afinal, é tudo uma questão de hábito não é verdade?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas de vez em quando gosto de fazer uma mistura um pouco mais docinha e para isso adiciono frutas. Polpa de maracujá, morangos ou pêssegos triturados são por norma a minha escolha mas a imaginação é o limite e depende sempre do gosto de cada um. Uma das minhas favoritas é sem dúvida a Limonada de Maracujá e é precisamente essa a sugestão que trago desta vez.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Como muitas vezes tenho visitas mais gulosas um truque que costumo usar para adoçar as limonadas é a compota. Talvez vos pareça estranho mas a verdade é que resulta muito bem. Prefiro sempre compotas sem adição de açúcares (felizmente já existem <a href="https://www.continente.pt/stores/continente/pt-pt/public/Pages/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductId=2410874(eCsf_RetekProductCatalog_MegastoreContinenteOnline_Continente)">boas escolhas</a> no mercado) e mantenho assim a bebida como uma melhor opção do que os refrigerantes de compra.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adoro bebidas quentes em noites frias e um Chocolate quente bem espesso é algo que gosto de beber ocacionalmente. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não é uma bebida para todos os dias, pessoalmente bebo sempre muito pouca quantidade se não fico super enjoada. Mas naquelas noites de conversa em que as horas se passam e ficamos a conversar um Chocolate quente pode ser uma óptima opção.</span></p>

<h3>Chocolate quente de avelã</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A noite de Natal é por tradição uma noite onde todos ficamos acordados até mais tarde. Lembro-me bem de em miúda ficar a noite inteirinha a brincar com os meus primos e as prendas recebidas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A mesa posta com as iguarias de Natal vai sendo assaltada de quando em quando. Uns frutos secos, mais um pastel de Bacalhau, uma fatia de Bolo Rainha e acabamos sempre por ir petiscando e abusando da comida nestes dias.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O que muitas vezes faz falta nesta noite Fria é uma bebida que aqueça. O Chá e as infusões são sempre as minhas bebidas de eleição mas decidi trazer uma versão diferente este ano: Um Chocolate quente de avelã.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Este mês não haverá desculpas: não há preguiça, falta de tempo ou falta de jeito que vos impeça de comerem bem! É só colocar no Robot de Cozinha e seguir os passinhos que vos indico.</span></p>
