<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Faz já alguns anos que surgiram imensas receitas de Camembert no forno. A verdade é que é uma receita que nunca falha, simples de fazer e que quase todos gostam.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Já fiz imensas versões de Camembert no Forno e a verdade é que não existe uma única que eu não goste.  Algumas das minhas combinações favoritas são o alho e alecrim ou o mel e nozes mas desta vez o objetivo era tornar a receita mais Natalícia.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não me pareceu uma tarefa muito difícil e não era mesmo. No final saiu mais uma deliciosa sugestão para o <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2021/12/24/calendario-do-advento-2021/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Calendário do Advento 2021</strong></a> que partilhei no <a href="https://www.instagram.com/healthybitespt/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Instagram Healthy Bites</strong></a>.</span></p>
<h2>Camembert no forno com Nozes Pecã e Arandos</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A primeira coisa que pensei foi juntar-lhe arandos que dá sempre aquele ar Natalício. Caso não seja fã de arandos pode colocar passas de uva por ex. ou até pedacinhos de tâmaras ou alperces secos. Tenho a certeza que qualquer uma das combinações vai resultar bem. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Também os frutos secos teriam obviamente um papel fundamental numa receita de camembert em modo Natalício e as nozes Pecã pareceram-me a escolha perfeita. Sei que as nozes Pecã não são baratas mas deixo-lhe a dica de as espreitar no site da KORO. Os preços são bastante mais simpáticos que no supermercado (para todos os frutos secos e não só) e ainda pode adicionar o código BITES5 para ter 5% de desconto na sua encomenda. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Como já vos contei noutras alturas ando sempre em busca de encontrar acompanhamentos diferentes para as minhas refeições. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Por vezes é um desafio e pêras&#8230; é muito fácil cair na rotina e tender sempre para os mesmos alimentos, preparados da mesma forma restringindo assim os nutrientes com que alimentamos as nossas células. Combato contra isso e contra a &#8220;preguiça&#8221; de criar todos os dias.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Outra coisa que tento normalmente responder são os desafios dos leitores. Faz algum tempo recebi uma mensagem que me pedia sugestões para utilizar o aipo. Pensei no assunto e conclui que apenas utilizava o aipo para duas coisas: para a bolonhesa e para sumos verdes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">No entanto, o <a href="https://www.tuasaude.com/aipo/"><strong>aipo tem imensos beneficios para a saúde</strong></a> e por isso tentar que fizesse parte da nossa alimentação de outras formas pareceu-me mesmo um bom desafio.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Em restaurantes lembrava-me de já o ter comido em sopa (confesso que não gosto muito de sopa com aipo) mas também em saladas. Rapidamente percebi que saladas podiam sim ser uma opção e decidi experimentar esta mistura de sabores que resultou mesmo muito bem. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para fazer a salada utilizei o meu <strong><a href="https://www.philips.pt/c-p/HR7762_90/viva-collection-robot-de-cozinha">Processador Daily Collection da Philips</a> </strong>para laminar bem fininho o aipo e o alho francês e fez toda a diferença no resultado final.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Super aconselho a experimentarem esta salada super fresquinha e que tem mesmo sabor de Verão.</span></p>
