										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E foi assim, com a Slow Cooker que passados quase dez anos voltei a saborear um bom Cozido à Portuguesa.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lembro-me de quando era miúda os almoços de domingo em casa da avó Judite alternavam entre Cozido à Portuguesa e Frango Assado. Confesso que na época não era a maior fã de cozido. Normalmente escolhia criteriosamente as carnes magras e acabava por me deliciar com os enchidos caseiros feitos pela avó!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Os anos passaram, a vida mudou e o Cozido também deixou de fazer parte das rotinas de domingo em família, infelizmente!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Estive imensos anos sem comer Cozido à Portuguesa até que vi a Nini do <a href="https://mypaleoxperience.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>MyPaleoXperience</strong></a>, a Susana do <a href="https://embuscadocardamomoperdido.pt/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Em Busca do Cardamomo Perdido</strong></a> e a Carla do <a href="https://cozinhaalacarte.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Cozinha a La Carte</strong></a> a fazerem Cozido à Portuguesa na Slow cooker&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não me perguntem porquê mas a verdade é que fiquei cheia de vontade de fazer cá em casa e durante 3 semanas seguidas o Almoço de Sábado foi Cozido à Portuguesa. É verdade que isto não há fome que não dê em fartura&#8230; Primeiro, para experimentar depois para fotografar e como as fotos ficaram mal tive de fazer de novo para fotografar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi de tal forma que o Marido se queixou e perguntou: Para a semana não é cozido outra vez pois não?</span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cozido à Portuguesa na Slowcooker</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para o cozido fiz com a Base da Receita da Carla do Cozinha à La Carte que podem ver <a href="https://cozinhaalacarte.com/receita/cozido-a-portuguesa-na-slowcooker/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>AQUI</strong></a> e adaptei ao cozido de que me lembrava da minha avó&#8230; a hortelã não podia faltar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Queria muito ter uma farinheira no meu Cozido, lembro-me que era dos enchidos que mais gostava quando era miúda, mas desde que deixei de consumir glúten tinha deixado de as comer. A Montanheira tem umas deliciosas Farinheiras de Castanha sem ingredientes estranhos que usei neste Cozido e posso dizer que são mesmo muito boas.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Habitualmente é utilizada uma Tábua ou tabuleiro de madeira. Claro que se não tiver nenhuma tábua ou Tabuleiro de Madeira                           poderá usar um prato de loiça ou uma Travessa por exemplo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Existem tábuas para todos os gostos e carteiras. Pessoalmente gosto muito das da IKEA, <a href="https://www.ikea.com/pt/pt/p/smaaeta-tabua-de-cortar-acacia-80320347/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>como esta</strong></a> por exemplo e costumam                           aparecer umas ótimas e muito em conta no LIDL.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A IKEA também tem <a href="https://www.ikea.com/pt/pt/p/skala-tabuleiro-betula-20056642/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>ESTE</strong></a> tabuleiro que adoro usar para montar as minhas tábuas e que é super barato.</span></p>

É essencial misturar vários sabores e texturas de queijos para                                conseguirmos disfrutar de toda a experiência. Misturar queijo seco, com queijo suave, queijos amanteigados com queijos mais  duros                dá  a possibilidade de disfrutar a experiência de uma tábua de forma muito mais agradável e completa.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adicione algumas fatias de charcutaria dobradas em leque: Salame, Chourição, Mortadela, Paio, Lombo, Presunto ou outros à sua                      escolha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Normalmente prefiro adicionar sempre alguns items de Charcutaria a uma tábua de queijos para conseguir uma maior variedade de                  sabores e texturas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Na minha opinião, a forma que resulta melhor para colocar a charcutaria na tábua é usando as dobras em leque. Desta forma                              ganhamos volume e conseguimos preencher todos os espaços livres da tábua.</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Uma bonita Coroa de Natal de Enchidos que vai ficar linda na sua mesa de festa.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não sou muito de doces como provavelmente já devem ter percebido. É claro que não digo que não a doce de ovos ou a um bolo de chocolate decadente mas prefiro salgados.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Um queijo na mão, um chouriço ou um presunto na outra mão e sou uma mulher feliz.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">No que toca ao Natal então consigo enumerar imensos pratos e petiscos salgados que nunca podem faltar na mesa mas de doces posso dizer que apenas gosto de <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-bolo-rainha-paleo-sem-gluten-sem-lactose-paleo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Bolo Rainha</strong></a>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando pensei nas sugestões de Natal para este ano pensei também em fazer diferente. Sei que ano após ano todos se concentram nos doces mas tentei ser eu a focar em sugestões de Salgados como esta linda Coroa de Natal de Enchidos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Na verdade esta coroa é muito simples de fazer apesar de receber diariamente perguntas de como a montar. Vão precisar de muito pouco, uns paus de espetadas médios, enchidos fatiados a vosso gosto, algumas fatias de queijo para contraste de cores, tomates cherry que podem usar de diferentes cores para colorir a coroa e azeitonas. Para finalizar uns raminhos verdes de ervas aromáticas ficam sempre bem. O alecrim imita o pinheiro na perfeição mas o endro também fica bonito (foi o que usei nas fotos).</span></p>
