<h2>Short Rib Barbecue</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">As Short Rib não são difíceis de preparar. O que acontece é que muitas vezes faltam ideias para a cozinhar da melhor forma dando-lhe a dignidade que merece. A minha forma preferida de preparar as Short Rib é mesmo assim. Primeiro passam umas horas na Slow Cooker para que a carne amacie e fique tenra e no final finalizo-a no forno, ou mesmo na grelha neste caso pincelada com Barbecue.</span></p>
