										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não sei quanto a vocês mas eu odeio estragar comida e por isso, qualquer sobra cá em casa é desculpa para inventar na cozinha. Gosto de criar receitas mas adoro pegar em sobras de uma receita e recriar com elas. Desta vez saíram uns deliciosos Pastéis de Batata-doce e Pescada.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Depois de uma deliciosa <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-pescada-de-fricasse-sem-gluten-sem-lacticinios-paleo/"><strong>Pescada de Fricassé</strong></a> que fiz com a Pescada nº3 da <a href="https://gelpeixe.pt/pt"><strong>Gelpeixe</strong></a>? Sobrou imensa Pescada cozida. Bem, se calhar sobrar não é bem o termo correcto. Eu tenho a mania de fazer assim, se vou cozer pescada cozo para a refeição e mais um pouco que me permita fazer outra refeição. Faço isso sempre que os ingredientes a cozinhar me permitem e a verdade é que me ajuda imenso a organizar refeições acabando por gastar menos tempo na cozinha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Pastéis de peixe é &#8220;coisa&#8221; que resulta sempre, já partilhei cá pelo blog a receita de <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-fofos-de-bacalhau-na-philips-airfryer-xxl-sem-gluten-sem-lactose-paleo/"><strong>Fofos de Bacalhau</strong></a> ou os<strong> <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2017/05/28/pasteis-de-atum-batata-doce-e-broculos-a-partir-dos-6-meses/">Pastéis de Batata doce e atum com Brócolos</a></strong> mas desta vez decidi experimentar com Pescada e que delicia que ficaram.  Vão passar a fazer parte das ementas cá de casa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Agora que se fala tanto em desperdício zero esta pode ser uma excelente solução para aproveitar algumas sobras&#8230; sem deixar estragar nada. Eu odeio estragar seja o que for, então comida está completamente fora de questão e por isso estas receitas enchem mesmo as minhas medidas.</span></p>
