<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adoro Waffles. Principalmente aquelas versões da desgraça em que o Waffle é super estaladiço por fora e muito leve. Mas essas versões são assim devido à enorme quantidade de açúcar. Obviamente não são uma boa opção pelas razões óbvias e por isso é muito difícil de obter aquela textura tão boa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nas minhas lides inventivas saiu-me esta receita&#8230; Foram uma excelente surpresa estes Waffles!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">De uma massa de panquecas que não agradou, pois ficou uma massa muito quebradiça e seca na versão panquecas, a versão de Waffles conquistou cá por casa. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ficaram bem parecidos àquela versão menos saudável de que vos falei. Crunchy por fora, macios e deliciosos por dentro. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não são os Waffles mais low carb do mundo, é verdade, pois têm farinha de mandioca, mas são na mesma uma excelente opção quando nos apetece um pequeno-almoço diferente e cheio de sabor.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Aposto que se estão a perguntar&#8230; mas para quê sujar a <a href="http://www.yammi.pt"><strong>Yammi</strong> </a>para fazer Waffles. Bem, já expliquei noutras alturas, mas volto a explicar. É que a textura da massa fica bem diferente, muito mais cremosa e homogénea e, por isso, os Waffles vão também eles ficar mais leves, fofos e estaladiços. Sim, acredito que o facto de preparar a massa na Yammi faz realmente toda a diferença.</span></p>
