<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Faz já uns anos quando descobri a <a href="http://paracozinhar.blogspot.com/2014/01/hamburgao-no-forno.html"><strong>Receita da Joana Roque de Hamburgão no Forno</strong></a>. De quando em quando faço uma adaptação desta receita para as refeições cá de casa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Desta vez decidi partilhar com vocês mais uma das minhas adaptações do Hamburgão. Para me facilitar a tarefa fiz tudo na minha <a href="http://www.yammi.pt"><strong>Yammi2</strong></a>&#8230; até picar a carne. Já vos falei do quão mau é comprar &#8220;carne&#8221; já picada? E o que ganhamos em Higiene dos alimentos em picar a carne em casa?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bem, se não falei eu explico tudo&#8230; Então, basicamente a carne picada já embalada leva muito mais do que apenas carne como seria esperado. Já experimentaram ler os ingredientes de uma dessas embalagens? Então, para a próxima, vão ler com cuidado e atenção. Começa logo pelo nome &#8220;Preparado de Carne Picada&#8221;. Se é preparado, já pressupõe que não é só carne, não é verdade? Pronto, então agora é só ler do que é feito&#8230; pão ralado, ovo, sangue e alguns e&#8217;s&#8230; Já perceberam?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E relativamente à carne picada no talho&#8230; Bem se forem os primeiros do dia com a máquina lavadinha&#8230; mas, na verdade, eu prefiro sempre picar a carne em casa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bem,  mas o que vocês devem querer é mesmo a receita. </span></p>
