<div><span style="font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;">Numa taça colocar a chia com 1/2 chávena de bebida vegetal, misturar bem e levar ao frigorífico durante 10 minutos.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;">Num processador ou robot de alimentos colocar a banana congelada com o resto da bebida vegetal e processar até ficar cremoso.</span></div>
