										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Com o Halloween à porta preparei umas ideias para o Halloween simples e fáceis mas que vão fazer da sua mesa a mais assustadora!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Apesar de não ser um festejo tradicional Português, a verdade é que o Halloween ganha cada vez mais fãs e entusiastas no nosso país. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">As crianças são as principais rendidas a esta festividade importada à qual pais e avós se têm rendido ao longo dos anos. Os portugueses estão cada vez mais pró e são tantas as ideias que o dificil é mesmo fazer diferente.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Pensei por isso em algumas ideias para vos trazer que apresentei no <a href="http://bitesalacarte.pt" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Programa Bites à La Carte</strong></a> Nº3 da 1ª Temporada.</span></p>

<h1>E o que tinha esta mesa?</h1>
<h2>Tangerinas/Abóboras assustadoras</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Com uma caneta de acetato pintei a casca da tangerina com uma cara feia parecida com as tradicionais caras na abóbora. O resultado ficou muito giro e é uma optima forma de decorar a fruta para colocar na mesa.</span></p>

<h2>Fantasminhas de cenoura</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Fiz um paté de atum com maionese caseira mas também fica muito bem com outras pastas como um Hummus ou um <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/baba-ganoush-de-manjericao/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Baba Ganoush</strong></a> e para acompanhar fiz uns fantasminhas de cenoura.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Descasquei a cenoura e cortei a cenoura em fatias finas, com um cortador de bolachas arredondei uma das pontas para fazer a cabeça do fantasma e na outra ponta recortei triângulos pequenos com uma faca. Com uma palhinha de metal fiz a boca e para os olhos cortei fatias de queijo em pequenos circulos e usei grão de pimenta preta para a parte escura do olho. </span></p>

<h2>Monstrinhos de Maçã</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Usei quartos de maçã para fazer estes monstrinhos. Dentro da boca do monstro coloquei um pouco de compota de tonalidades vermelhas, coloquei umas sementes de girassol a fazer os dentes e espetei uns palitos para colocar os olhos que fiz com rodelinhas de queijo e o ponto preto pintado.</span></p>

<h2>Fantasmas de banana</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Simples e rápido: derreter chocolate e pintar os olhos e a boca do fantasma na banana descascada. Pode também passar a banana por chocolate branco mas coloque no congelador para o chocolate secar rápido.</span></p>

<h2>Copos Frankenstein</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Pintei com canetas de acetado os copos com a cara do Frankenstein e enchi de uvas verdes já lavadas. Também podem usar um sumo verde por ex.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ainda que tradicionalmente o <a href="https://www.comshalom.org/o-que-e-halloween-e-o-que-se-celebra-realmente-nesta-data/"><strong>Halloween</strong></a> não seja uma celebração nossa a verdade é que começa cada vez mais a ganhar fãs no nosso país.  Os miúdos querem envergar máscaras, comer docinhos e é mais uma desculpa para fazerem festas e se divertirem. E se assim é, se serve para que se criem boas memórias de mais um dia divertido e de festa então eu sou super a favor de comemorar o Halloween.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Dedos de Bruxa</strong></span></h3>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Todos os anos, na altura do Halloween as bolachinhas em forma de &#8220;Dedos&#8221; invadem as redes sociais. Existem as mais variadas receitas. Umas mais saudáveis que outras, umas com melhores ingredientes que as outras mas esta é a minha versão: sem glúten, sem Refinados, Paleo e com opção sem Lacticínios e por isso Vegan.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Já andava com os dedos de bruxa debaixo de olho faz uns anos mas acabei por nunca experimentar adaptar a receita para a minha versão.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Este ano, inspirada pela comemoração do Halloween na Escola da pequena (ainda não sei bem como a vou vestir) decidi que estava na altura de preparar umas iguarias para o Halloween.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lá saíram os Dedos de Bruxa mas ainda vão sair mais delicias para o nosso jantar na noite de Halloween.</span></p>
