<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cá por casa fazer uma Coroa de Natal diferente todos os anos tornou-se quase uma tradição. No ano passado por exemplo preparei uma deliciosa e vistosa <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/coroa-de-natal-de-enchidos/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Coroa de Natal de Enchidos</strong></a> que partilhei consigo aqui no blogue. Este ano queria algo diferente e acima de tudo mais leve e fresco.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ainda que a coroa de Natal do ano passado tenha sido um sucesso.  </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A verdade é que na altura do Natal acabamos sempre por comer mais do que devíamos e a comida é toda bastante pesada. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Uma das coisas que gosto é de ter sempre uma Saladinha fresca na Mesa. Ajuda a desenjoar das comidas mais pesadas e é sempre uma forma boa de comermos vegetais e acrescentar nutrientes às nossas refeições. </span></p>

<h3>Coroa de Natal de Salmão Fumado</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para fazer esta coroa a fórmula foi bem simples. Alface e rúcula para verdes, depois uns rolinhos de pepino, umas fatias de rabanete, uns ovinhos de codorniz, umas bolinhas de queijo creme e umas fatias de salmão fumado. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Deu origem a uma saladinha fresca e deliciosa que fez muitos fãs. A salada acabou por desaparecer rapidamente da mesa e toda a gente teve vontade de repetir.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas o que é a Muxama?</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Muxama, também conhecida como o presunto do mar é feita de peças do lombo de atum secas e salgadas. É uma iguaria tradicional do Algarve e uma verdadeira delícia para quem se atreve a experimentar. É por norma bastante salgada e para mim que não sou apreciadora de comida demasiado salgada preciso sempre de algo que faça contraste e por isso considero que esta Salada de Muxama de Atum com Vinagrete de Laranja é a combinação ideal e o doce da laranja ajuda a equilibrar o sal da Muxama.</span></p>

<h3>Onde comprar?</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Para mim férias no Algarve significam entre outras coisas a degustação de algumas delicias locais. Figos, amêndoas e alfarroba fazem parte do cardápio mas puxam para os sabores doces. Já a Muxama (bem salgada) é também uma tentação que não podemos dispensar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Um dos meus locais de eleição para ir às compras dos sabores mais tradicionais é o Mercado de Olhão. É para mim, sem dúvida um dos melhores mercados que conheço a par talvez somente com o Mercado do Livramento em Setúbal. E é normalmente neste mercado que compro a Muxama, as ovas de choco secas, os queijinhos de figos e tantas outras coisas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Claro que as estas ainda se juntam outras iguarias. Os bivalves apanhados no areal da Ilha da Armona, que é o local onde passo férias todos os anos&#8230; um local de descanso em que posso ficar horas deitada na <a href="https://www.camaderede.pt/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>cama de rede</strong></a>. Os polvos cabeçudos grelhados (estes são por norma polvos mais baratos porque têm os tentáculos pequenos e a cabeça grande mas são deliciosos).  Enfim, falo nisso e as papilas gustativas começam numa dança sem parar.</span></p>

<h3>O Presente de uma amiga</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Este ano não havia previsão de ir à ilha e andava triste, não só por não desfrutar da minha semana no meu paraíso na terra mas também porque não ia ter oportunidade de comer as minhas iguarias sazonais. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">A minha Carla do <a href="https://cozinhaalacarte.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Cozinha a la Carte</strong></a> (sim, a internet também nos traz pessoas boas) que é de Olhão (apesar de não morar lá atualmente) lembrou-se de mim durante as suas férias e mandou-me um pedacinho de Muxama para me deliciar. Meio caminho andado para repetir uma das primeiras receitas do Blogue, esta Salada de Muxama com Vinagrete de Laranja. Simples, deliciosa e claro saudável.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Entretanto afinal ainda vou dar um pulinho à Ilha este ano e por isso ainda vão ver por aqui muitas iguarias Algarvias.</span></p>
