<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Já vos falei noutras alturas em como tento cá por casa variar ao máximo os alimentos que comemos. Entre carne, peixe, marisco&#8230; comemos as diferentes espécies e tentamos não ser muito repetitivos. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A nível de peixe por exemplo a dourada e o robalo (dos peixes que estatisticamente são mais consumidos em Portugal e ainda por cima de aquacultura) é raro entrarem cá em casa e isso só acontece se conseguir arranjar dourada ou robalo de mar. Somos amantes de Pampo, Peixe relógio, Pata-roxa, Tubarão lusitano, Sardinhas, Sardas, Cavalas e tantas outras espécies que o nosso vasto mar trás até nós.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nos Legumes fazemos o mesmo pois acreditamos mesmo que na variedade é que está o segredo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A minha filha, como todos os miúdos, adora batatas&#8230; doces especialmente. Mas obviamente não me vou cingir a dar-lhe batatas a todas as refeições. Ela adora Brócolos, e come relativamente bem os outros legumes (se não embirrar com a refeição obviamente). Mas batatas&#8230; bem, batatas come sempre com mais satisfação. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Num destes dias experimentei fazer estes chips de Mandioca na minha <a href="https://www.philips.pt/c-p/HD9652_90/avance-collection-airfryer-xxl"><strong>Airfryer da Philips</strong></a> e foram um verdadeiro sucesso. Comeu como se fossem batatas ou melhor ainda e o pai também adorou.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Por isso experimentem pois aposto que vão fazer sucesso também aí por casa.</span></p>
