<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Já tinha tentado fazer Bagels caseiros de outras vezes: primeiro versões com glúten e mais recentemente com as mudanças alimentares Bagels sem glúten. A verdade é que os Bagels dão imenso trabalho e nem sempre é fácil que fiquem bem. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Primeiro têm de cozer em água fervente e depois vão ao forno e neste processo na maior parte das vezes, talvez por azelhice minha confesso, acabava por partir e tinha Bagels desconstruídos no final: eu até sei que o “desconstruído” está na moda, mas o que eu queria mesmo era um Bagel redondinho e bonito!</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Quanto me chegaram a casa estas <b><a href="https://sweetselection.pt/formas-para-pao/429-molde-para-bagels-x6-lekue.html?search_query=bagels&amp;results=1">“formas” para Bagels da Lékué</a></b> à venda na <b><a href="https://sweetselection.pt/">Sweet Selection</a></b> pensei logo que era desta que finalmente ia conseguir fazer bagels decentes e parece que não me enganei.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Com as formas fica tudo bem mais prático: colocamos a massa em bolinhas nas formas que fura com o cone da forma fazendo o tradicional buraquinho do Bagel, depois levamos a cozer em água a ferver na própria forma e quando retiramos da água podem ir na mesma forma para o forno para finalizar a cozedura… isto tudo sem ser preciso recorrer a espátulas e números de circo para manter os Bagels direitinhos… As formas fizeram sucesso pois claro ( Já sabem que para desconto de 10% sobre as vossas compras na Sweet Selection basta utilizarem o código HEALTHYBITES10 no Checkout).</span></div>
