<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Um dos peixes que mais gostamos cá por casa é o Tamboril. Da minha parte considero que é um peixe bastante versátil. Fica bem em muito mais do que as tradicionais massadas ou o arroz de Peixe. Gosto com molho de coco e coentros, gosto no caril, na caldeirada e em tantos outros pratos.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O desafio lançado pela <a href="https://gelpeixe.pt/pt" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Gelpeixe</strong></a> para Dezembro era criar com Tamboril uma receita digna de Festa. Uma Receita que fosse uma alternativa ao Tradicional Bacalhau da Mesa de Consoada. Assim foi, a compota de arandos que nos remete ao Natal, conjugada com o presunto para um contraste doce e salgado que transformou o Tamboril de uma forma especial.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sou suspeita mas a receita ficou uma delicia e realmente o contraste doce e salgado com um peixe tão suave e saboroso resultou na perfeição.</span></p>
