Não me importo de comer apenas Pescada cozida mas sendo um peixe tão versátil gosto de apelar à minha criatividade na hora de o cozinhar. <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A Tradicional Receita de Fricassé é tão versátil como a Pescada. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Há quem faça Fricassé de Frango, de lulas mas eu pessoalmente sou fã da Pescada de Fricassé. O limão e a gema de ovo originam um molho cremoso e cheio de sabor óptimo para convencer até os mais cépticos a comer Peixe.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta é uma  receita mesmo fácil de confeccionar e bastam 15 minutos para ter o almoço ou jantar na mesa.  Os ingredientes também são poucos, um saco de <a href="https://gelpeixe.pt/pt/produtos/item/gelpeixe/gelpeixe/postas-de-pescada-no3-para-cozer#list"><strong>Pescada nº3 da Gelpeixe</strong></a>, 1 limão, 2 gemas de ovo e muitos coentros. </span></p>
