<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A minha saga pelos acompanhamentos diferentes e saudáveis continua. Já vos falei disto noutros <em>posts</em> e a receitinha que trago hoje é mais um exemplo disso mesmo. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O trigo sarraceno é um excelente alimento. Apesar do seu nome conter a palavra &#8220;Trigo&#8221;, o trigo sarraceno não é um cereal. É rico em ferro, manganês, cobre, zinco e magnésio. Como é extremamente rico em aminoácidos, contendo praticamente todos os aminoácidos essenciais, a sua proteína é considerada de alto valor biológico.  São ótimas razões para incluir o trigo sarraceno na nossa alimentação, no entanto destaco que é muito rico em Hidratos de Carbono e deverá ser consumido com moderação.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas o trigo sarraceno tem uma particularidade: o seu sabor forte. Muitas pessoas não gostam de trigo sarraceno devido ao seu sabor, mas se nunca experimentou não deixe de lhe dar uma oportunidade. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Tinha visto (e experimentei também claro) faz uns tempos no restaurante do Ikea um acompanhamento que era Trigo Sarraceno com Legumes e decidi que estava na altura de testar a proeza em casa com a ajuda da minha Yammi2. Foi um sucesso e algo a repetir sem sombra de dúvida. </span></p>
