<h4>O Porquê de optar por iogurtes vegetais?</h4>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Eu tenho uma saga cá em casa: chama-se o Corte dos Lacticínios!  É meu objectivo cortar os lacticínios  e tenho procurado fazê-lo mas quem me conhece pessoalmente já me ouviu dizer pela certa que é muito, mas muito difícil cortar o queijinho… (aposto que muitos estão comigo).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Nunca me lembro de ter bebido leite&#8230; nunca gostei e quando me obrigavam era um filme e ficava muito mal disposta.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O queijo é mesmo o lacticínio que me faz mais falta e muito de vez em quando lá como um pouquinho porque adoro mesmo!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quanto aos iogurtes:  já me habituei  a não os consumir e quando me apetece muito um iogurte existem opções vegetais muito agradáveis! Problema destas opções: preços verdadeiramente pornográficos!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">São caríssimos os iogurtes vegetais disponíveis no mercado e mais caros ainda os que têm ingredientes efectivamente bons e não estão carregados de “porcaria”!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A compra dos iogurtes tem ainda outro problema as embalagens de plástico que descartamos… <a href="https://healthybites.pt/2018/08/20/como-fazer-iogurtes-caseiros-de-forma-ecologica/"><strong>falei sobre isso faz pouco tempo</strong></a> e expliquei qual tinha sido a minha opção de mudança: iogurtes caseiros pois claro!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas a minha iogurteira ( <strong><a href="http://www.yogurtnest.com/">o YogurtNest</a></strong> ) tanto serve para fazer iogurtes tradicionais como para iogurtes vegetais  e é por isso que hoje vos trago a receita dos iogurtes vegetais de coco: os meus preferidos!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">São super fáceis de fazer, aguentam no frio cerca de 4/5 dias e ainda os uso para fazer geladinhos por exemplo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A pequena também é fã, come tão bem um iogurte de coco como um tradicional o que sinceramente a mim me agrada bastante pois facilitará pela certa o corte dos lacticínios que ambiciono.</span></p>

<li>Costumo usar <a style="color: #000000 !important;" href="https://www.celeiro.pt/340526-preparacao-em-po-biologica-para-iogurte-12-gramas-kg-nat-ali"><strong>estes probióticos </strong></a>no entanto possuem leite em pó pelo que não são aptos para Vegan ou para APLV. Poderão comprar outros probióticos em qualquer farmácia ou parafarmácia bastará que confirmem se na lista de bactérias que constam as seguintes: Lactobacilus Bulgaricus e Streptococcus thermophilus.</li>
<li>Poderão usar outro espessante em vez do Polvilho doce ou farinha de araruta. Resultará também com agar-agar por exemplo, no entanto considero que os iogurtes ficam muito parecidos com gelatina e não é de todo a opção que prefiro (não esquecer que se usar agar-agar terá de ferver primeiro o leite de coco com o agar-agar e depois arrefecê-lo até aos 50ºC para poder adicionar os probióticos).</li>
<li>Os iogurtes conservam-se no frigorifico por 4/5 dias.</li>
