<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Faz algum tempo que queria experimentar adaptar a Receita de Gnocchi que uma das minhas Mamma&#8217;s Italianas me ensinou. Queria em primeiro lugar trocar a batata tradicional pela batata doce e depois usar na sua confecção uma farinha sem glúten para me poder deliciar mais vezes com ela.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Hoje foi o dia, utilizei Batata doce e fubá de mandioca e fiz uns Gnocchi deliciosos que servi com Salva e Manteiga Caramelizada. </span></p>

<h3>Gnocchi de Batata doce com Salva</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adoro comida Italiana. É aquela comida universal que comemos em qualquer parte mas que em Itália sabe sempre melhor. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Faz uns anos, no ano 2000, na minha primeira visita a Itália um dos primeiros pratos que uma das minhas Mamma&#8217;s Italianas me serviu foram Gnocchi com Bolonhesa gratinados em forno a lenha. N</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">unca tinha comido Gnocchi até então e lembro-me bem de ter ficado encantada com aquelas almofadas fofas e deliciosas afogadas numa tacinha de barro cheia de bolonhesa e queijo mozarella fresco gratinado. Só de pensar na descrição parece que ainda sinto o sabor daquela que foi eleita &#8220;A REFEIÇÃO&#8221; da viagem.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">De todas as vezes que voltei a Itália os Gnocchi foram presença obrigatória no menu. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Hoje, posso voltar a deliciar-me com uns belo Gnocchi e posso dizer que se os gratinados em forno a lenha com Bolonhesa ficaram bons esta versão não ficou nada atrás.</span></p>
