<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando digo às pessoas que por norma não consumo pão, massa, arroz e batatas costumo ver uma cara de horror. &#8220;O que comes tu então?&#8221; é a pergunta que mais oiço. Pois bem: Legumes, Legumes, Legumes&#8230; Claro que como outras coisas tais como Carne, Peixe, Ovos, Marisco, Alguma fruta, Frutos secos, sementes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas o acompanhamento das minhas refeições é por norma Legumes!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Claro que vario os legumes que como e vario também a forma como os confecciono. Basicamente o que faço é colorir o prato e depois é só ser criativa na forma de os confeccionar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Adoro legumes no forno e esta receita de Legumes Gratinados foi mais uma agradável surpresa. Juntei-lhe ainda algo que queria experimentar faz muito tempo.  Depois do delicioso Bechamel de Alho-francês fiz uma variação com couve-flor: ficou ainda mais cremoso, saboroso e algo a repetir vezes em conta&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não fosse o queijo que meti por cima dos legumes teria um Bechamel sem lacticínios. Mas é LOW CARB e já o estou a imaginar numa série de outras receitas.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para facilitar as coisas o meu Bechamel foi feito na <a href="https://www.yammi.pt/"><strong>Yammi2</strong></a>. Enquanto preparei o resto do jantar e das coisas para o dia seguinte a Yammi tratou do Bechamel e no fim foi só juntar tudo para ir ao forno.</span></p>
