										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E foi assim, com a Slow Cooker que passados quase dez anos voltei a saborear um bom Cozido à Portuguesa.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lembro-me de quando era miúda os almoços de domingo em casa da avó Judite alternavam entre Cozido à Portuguesa e Frango Assado. Confesso que na época não era a maior fã de cozido. Normalmente escolhia criteriosamente as carnes magras e acabava por me deliciar com os enchidos caseiros feitos pela avó!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Os anos passaram, a vida mudou e o Cozido também deixou de fazer parte das rotinas de domingo em família, infelizmente!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Estive imensos anos sem comer Cozido à Portuguesa até que vi a Nini do <a href="https://mypaleoxperience.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>MyPaleoXperience</strong></a>, a Susana do <a href="https://embuscadocardamomoperdido.pt/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Em Busca do Cardamomo Perdido</strong></a> e a Carla do <a href="https://cozinhaalacarte.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Cozinha a La Carte</strong></a> a fazerem Cozido à Portuguesa na Slow cooker&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não me perguntem porquê mas a verdade é que fiquei cheia de vontade de fazer cá em casa e durante 3 semanas seguidas o Almoço de Sábado foi Cozido à Portuguesa. É verdade que isto não há fome que não dê em fartura&#8230; Primeiro, para experimentar depois para fotografar e como as fotos ficaram mal tive de fazer de novo para fotografar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi de tal forma que o Marido se queixou e perguntou: Para a semana não é cozido outra vez pois não?</span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cozido à Portuguesa na Slowcooker</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Para o cozido fiz com a Base da Receita da Carla do Cozinha à La Carte que podem ver <a href="https://cozinhaalacarte.com/receita/cozido-a-portuguesa-na-slowcooker/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>AQUI</strong></a> e adaptei ao cozido de que me lembrava da minha avó&#8230; a hortelã não podia faltar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Queria muito ter uma farinheira no meu Cozido, lembro-me que era dos enchidos que mais gostava quando era miúda, mas desde que deixei de consumir glúten tinha deixado de as comer. A Montanheira tem umas deliciosas Farinheiras de Castanha sem ingredientes estranhos que usei neste Cozido e posso dizer que são mesmo muito boas.</span></p>
