<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A minha avó é uma das minhas grandes inspirações culinárias! Passei com ela grande parte da minha infância e recordar as refeições que me fazia é algo que me transporta ao passado de sorriso no rosto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta Receita de Tomatada Fria de Bacalhau é um dos exemplos. Faz muitos anos que não comia isto. Na verdade, nem nunca me tinha atrevido a tentar reproduzir a receita da avó. Lembro-me que ela a fazia no Verão com os tomates coração de boi e o feijão verde que o meu avô apanhava na horta.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Era uma receita cheia de sabor (e continua a ser), talvez uma combinação improvável e a que muitos miúdos eram capazes de torcer o nariz. Eu, habituada desde sempre à comida caseira que a avó cozinhava adorei a receita desde o primeiro minuto.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sempre fui criança de comida caseira, poucos doces (tirando o delicioso arroz doce da avó não me lembro de comer mais nada), animais criados em casa, legumes da horta, peixe de mar que o peixeiro vinha vender à porta&#8230; Bons hábitos que com o tempo se foram perdendo e aos quais tento regressar todos os dias.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E a Receita?</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bem, nunca a tinha reproduzido como já vos disse. O motivo? Nunca fiz fritos em casa e a receita leva batata frita.
