										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta é das memórias mais doces da minha infância&#8230; Hoje partilho com vocês a receita do maravilhoso Doce de Tomate da avó Judite!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sou a maior fã de tomate. Gosto de tomate de todas as maneiras e feitios e por vezes até acho que abuso da quantidade que comemos cá em casa: é em salada, em molhos, para completar qualquer comida. Diria que dia sim, dia não existe algo com tomate cá em casa (ou será dia sim, dia sim?).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lembro-me que desde sempre foi assim&#8230; o avô Resina plantava deliciosos Tomates (os coração de boi&#8230; ai os corações de boi) e depois a avó Judite usava, abusava e conservava. Congelava tomate, escaldava tomate, fazia molho de tomate e o seu doce de tomate era sem dúvida o melhor do mundo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Sinceramente não sou a maior fã de compotas mas o doce da avó tem e terá sempre um lugar especial no coração e à mesa.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Este ano decidi finalmente reproduzir o doce da avó. Ficou maravilhoso, quase como me lembrava (porque o dela vai ser sempre especial). Preparei alguns frascos para incluir nos meus cabazes de Natal e convido a que preparem também os vossos cabazes.</span></p>
