										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Maio chegou e para mim isso significa uma coisa: está aberta a época dos Caracóis Cozidos. Sei que nem todos gostam mas a verdade é que este é um Petisco bem Português que não podia deixar de partilhar aqui no blogue.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando o mês de Maio se aproxima eu começo logo a pensar em Caracóis (e em cerejas também&#8230;). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Fui ensinada pelo meu avô (que os cozinhava como ninguém) que os Caracóis só são bons nos meses sem R e não me perguntem porquê mas a verdade é que Caracóis em Abril mesmo que seja dia 30 de abril não me sabem bem. Obviamente o mesmo se aplica em Setembro. Existe uma diferença enorme entre os caracóis no dia 31 de agosto e no dia 1 de setembro&#8230; Manias!!! Nem vale a pena tentarem argumentar comigo que não vão a lado nenhum.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Foi o meu avô Resina que me ensinou a gostar de caracóis. Era com ele que os ia apanhar na horta e era com ele que me sentava a lavá-los e depois a cozinhá-los. O Avô fazia caracóis como ninguém, os melhores que já comi e hoje eu faço como ele me ensinou e são parecidos mas nunca iguais. Os dele eram especiais!</span></p>
<h3>Caracóis Cozidos</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Esta receita não tem grande ciência, digo eu e dizia ele, mas as mãos que os lavam e cozinham fazem sem sombra de dúvida toda a diferença e que saudades eu tenho dos caracóis preparados pelo meu avô.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Uma das principais diferenças desta receita para as restantes é a boneca de oregãos: um trapo de algodão para envolver os oregãos. Desta forma, após terminar a cozedura conseguimos retirar facilmente os oregãos do caldo para que os caracóis não fiquem amargos. Depois os outros são ingredientes fáceis: sal, malagueta, alhos e muito amor. Prontos para preparar os vossos?</span></p>
