<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Faz imenso tempo que deixei de fazer o Strogonoff com natas. Ando numa saga de corte de lacticinios e se largar o queijo me custa (é mesmo vício e não consigo evitar) largar o iogurte, natas, leites e afins não me fez qualquer diferença.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Em quase tudo o que levava natas ou iogurte uso agora o creme ou o leite de coco. Fica delicioso, e com as especiarias certas nem se nota o sabor do coco (isto para os mais esquisitos).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Um dos exemplos da substituição dos Lacticinios que tenho feito cá por casa é por exemplo a receita de <a href="https://healthybites.pt/recipe/receita-de-iogurtes-vegetais-de-coco/"><strong>Iogurtes Vegan de Coco</strong></a><strong>. </strong>São deliciosos e substituem sem problema os iogurtes tradicionais.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Já para substituição das natas o Strogonoff é um dos melhores exemplos. O leite de coco fica delicioso nesta receita e o toque do <a href="https://www.origensbio.pt/especiarias/bebidas/golden-mylk-80g"><strong>Golden Milk</strong></a> que costumo usar para Tempero dá um sabor diferente mas muito agradável.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Gosto muito de usar a mistura de Golden Milk para tempero. Esta mistura fica bem em ovos por exemplo mas fica divinal em comidas como este strogonoff. </span></p>
