<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cá por casa somos muito fãs de frango. Achamos que é uma carne que adquire facilmente o tempero dando para variar muito os sabores associados a cada prato.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Conseguiria facilmente fazer várias refeições de frango seguidas sem ficar com a sensação de que estaria sempre a comer o mesmo. Claro que não é ideal fazer isso. Nem com frango nem com nenhum alimento mas queria explicar a versatilidade desta carne. Variar&#8230; Variar é o segredo e aquilo onde devemos focar as nossas escolhas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Não é fácil ter ideias para cozinhar diferente todos os dias e por isso as variações de receitas são mais que muitas e acabo por descobrir combinações deliciosas.  Num workshop que fiz recentemente sobre Organização Semanal e a forma de fazer ementas saiu algo muito parecido com esta receita que hoje partilho.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Neste workshop desafiei os participantes a agrupar ingredientes produzindo uma ementa semanal para 3 pessoas por cerca de 20€. Foi um workshop mega interessante e esta receitinha foi um MUST que todos consideraram bem conseguida.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mudei o modo de confeção&#8230; passei do forno para a minha <a href="https://www.philips.pt/c-p/HD9652_90/avance-collection-airfryer-xxl"><strong>Philips Airfryer</strong></a> e o resultado foi mais rápido e mais crispy.
