<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">E sim, eu sei que nem todas as pessoas são fãs de raia, no entanto acredito mesmo que quem não gosta é porque nunca provou uma &#8220;boa&#8221; raia.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Antes de lhe falar mais sobre raia, digo-lhe já que é um dos meus peixes favoritos e estou mesmo feliz por partilhar a minha primeira receita com este tipo de pescado aqui no site. Já partilhei imensas receitas de peixe, encontra-as todas <a href="https://healthybites.pt/category/peixe/">aqui</a>, mas com raia ainda não o tinha feito.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Decidi então trazer-lhe uma receita muito fácil de fazer para não haver desculpa para não experimentar este peixe delicioso. Basta comprar os ingredientes (no meu caso optei por usar a raia e as amêijoas da <a href="https://gelpeixe.pt/pt">Gelpeixe</a>), arranjá-los e cortá-los como indico na receita, colocá-los numa caçarola e já está. Vai sujar apenas um tacho e se isso não é razão suficiente para experimentar esta receita, então não sei qual será.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mas posso desde já garantir-lhe que irá ficar fã. O sabor deste tipo de prato concentra-se todo no maravilhoso caldo que se vai formando na caçarola durante o tempo da cozedura da caldeirada. Aconselho desde já que acompanhe a sua caldeirada com um pão de boa qualidade e que se deixe encantar pela explosão de sabor que vai encontrar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A receita está já ali em baixo, mas não deixe de passar os olhos nas imagens para ver a maravilha que irá levar à mesa.</span></p>
