<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Faz muito tempo que desisti de encontrar bolachas de compra com bons ingredientes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É um facto que os rótulos de praticamente todas as bolachas que se encontram no mercado são assustadores: açúcar, gorduras hidrogenadas, uma série de ingredientes dos quais nunca ouvi falar (ou preferia nem ouvir) e aqueles mais assustadores que começam com E&#8230;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">É por esse motivo que bolachas de pacote não são nada que eu queira comer e muito menos nada que eu queira que a minha filha coma e consequentemente opto sempre pelas versões caseiras.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Como já repararam adoro cozinhar e este gosto que tenho é uma óptima ajuda para conseguir preparar tudo caseiro, com bons ingredientes e claro com os sabores que mais gostamos cá por casa.</span></p>
<h3>Os Lanches da pequena</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Já vos contei noutras alturas que o lanche que a pequena leva para a escola é sempre cortesia minha do dia anterior.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quando tenho mais paciência faço uns Muffins, um pão, um bolo. Quando quero algo muito muito rápido faço umas panquecas e quando quero algo intermédio a nível de trabalho e tempo umas bolachinhas costumam resolver a questão. Não importa de facto quanto tempo e energia &#8220;gasto&#8221; para preparar estes mimos pois o mais importante é mesmo a saúde da pequena J.</span></p>
